KBBQ at home/camping

I used it when camping also at home when I’m cooking something has more smoke like Korean bbq. We love it, easy to use and wind proof.I bought it on Amazon months ago but recently saw Walmart has the same model and cheaper.

No hoses work with this stove.

This Coleman single burner stove looks awesome and burns perfectly. Has a wide range of heat, full blast down to a small simmer.It feels sturdy and well made and is super portable for car camping.The burner of this model is secured to the base, unlike some others that remove and turn upside down to make them flatter for transport.No propane hoses work with this stove as they do with other stoves of this type. Bad move on Coleman to make the fitting proprietary. I want a hose. I thought I would buy one of the other stoves and use the hose on the Coleman. No go.$$ Butane bottles only. No propane.Bottle burns about 2 hours on high.Coleman folding oven works fine on this stove base.

Stove good, case not so much…

Took on a 3 night camping trip. The stove worked well, but the case sustained a crack. I was able to mend with electricians tape, but it shouldn’t have happened after one use.

Perfect Size

I took this stove on a recent camping trip and it did not disappoint. It is sturdy and easy to use. I cooked an entire meal with it and cleanup was easy. I recommend this product.

convenient

It is so convenient to use and have for camping or emergencies. The storage box is a little flimsy but overall this works better than expected. Also works very well with limited table space.

Awesome!!

Bought this on Prime Day 2023 and couldn’t be happier! This grill has been a new staple for our household. We love to use it for Korean BBQ nights and Mexican food. Very easy to use, very portable and very lightweight. Would probably be great for camping too. Definitely recommend!

Low burn

I like the compact foot print and that it came with a case. The burner is a good size to cover a medium size pan with ease.It doesn’t seem like it’s burning as hot as my Coleman propane stove and took longer to boil water for coffee. The flame doesn’t appear to fan out very much even at the highest setting. Since the flame is fairly small even on high, that doesn’t leave much room for adjustment when turning it down. On a medium setting the flame easily blows out.

Just What I Needed!

In 2011 we had tornadoes in our area, and our power was out for five days! One of the things I missed the most during that time was my morning tea. I vowed to get something after the power came on that didn’t take electricity for the next time that happened, but of course I didn’t, partly because I wasn’t sure what to get.This Easter Sunday evening the same thing happened, but the power was only out for about 20 hours. As soon as it came back on, I started reading reviews and ordered this. I was a little nervous about it, because I’m not a cook, much less on a gas stove. But last Saturday morning I had my tea with water boiled on my new Coleman portable butane burner, and it worked great! I read the instructions ahead of time, and they were so thorough that it made me think it would be complicated to operate, but it couldn’t have been easier! (It was refreshing to have the directions written in clear English, which helped a great deal.)I took it out on my screened-in porch, since you’re supposed to use it outside. It started right up and took the water only about five minutes to boil. It’s nice and lightweight and has a hard-sided carrying/storage case. I’m all ready for next time (God forbid!).

Perfect for camping

Love this little stove. Very powerful, can get really hot. Love that it comes in a storage case and ready to use out of box once you add the butane. Definitely recommend.
