Great,Great,Great

Love the patio set. Was not hard to assemble at all like others have wrote the instructions didn’t have much wording but who needs that anyway when you have very descriptive pictures… Very comfortable and strudy, it held up both me and my son which together add up to 500+lbs… Upon opening the boxes I noticed that one of the arms had been bent in shipping took some pics. and emailed them right away, this was on a Sun. They replied on Mon. And shipped out another atm to replace the bent one and was delivered next day… They really do stand behind there product… The initial shipping was also fast, was supposed to take 2 weeks to get it and I received it in 3 days…

Just one big problem. Good otherwise

One of the cushions is vacuum-packed with another piece inside of the chair back. It was packed so tightly that it was almost impossible to remove. I ended up having to take a hacksaw to a bar in the chair back in order to remove it, causing a significant amount of damage of course. Fortunately it was in a place that isn’t visible and it didn’t affect the overall integrity of the chair back. I really wonder what other people have done to get around this problem.

Great value!

I searched high and low for a reasonably-priced, outdoor furniture set for relaxing (not a dining table and chairs). While I wasn’t super picky, comfort was key. This was even less expensive than some of the used sets I was looking at. Bonus – the colors and style are amazing. It arrived and took a bit longer than expected to put together, but the pieces were very well made. The storage bin for the cushions is a huge plus! We’ve been using it for a little over a month now and the whole family enjoys it and it looks really nice too! We’ve had several friends buy the same set!

Perfect

Don’t read the reviews that rate this furniture LOW because of their inability to put it together. I watched my husband put it together (haha) and, yes it did take some time BUT it definitely wasn’t difficult as long as you’re patient. Be sure your delivery includes BOTH boxes – we had to reach out to Fedex because we only received one box (one day) and then the next one wasn’t being delivered until the following day. The set is really nice quality and very sturdy. We spent all day this past Saturday lounging outside as a family because we finally had a comfy corner to sit as a family! This set really deserves a lot more 5 star reviews! It’s a great addition to the porch!

50/50 Review!

While the setup looks nice. It was a pain in the ass to put together! Took two people about 5 and 1/2 hours. The directions are photos only and no words. They use the same letters for the parts and screws and none of the screws were labeled. We had to guess what was what. Also some of the pieces didn’t fit and we had extra holes in some areas. tables rattan came damaged and hoping over time it doesn’t get worse. Pillows aren’t that comfortable but look nice

Love this set!!

Love this set! It’s definitely worth it for the price! Takes several hours to put together but good quality. I bought two sets because I wanted it to seat more people and I’m glad I did, it’s absolutely beautiful in person! If you’re in between sets, buy this one, you won’t be disappointed!

Great value at an amazing price

Great quality relative to the value. As others have noted, the instructions could be better. The first of the two couches took a while, but the second one went together very quickly once you know what to expect. 5 hours to assemble everything. Also highly recommend using a ratchet over the accompanying tools. Also be on the lookout for certain parts to be mislabeled. Once you get it assembled, enjoy it! The pillows are comfortable and it is quite sturdy.I will update my review after we use it longer, but all in all a very nice set.

Good purchase!

Easy to construct and durable!

Nice little patio set!

Surprised at this little patio set. Looks great, well built, love it! Be preferred to spend hours putting it together depending on your skill but very easy to put together with a little patience. Well built, looks great, cushions are better than most and you easily could buy stiffer foam if you wanted and mine came with a outdoor cover also! I couldn’t be happier at this price point! It was just what I was looking for without the 1000 price tag at retail stores.
